Screw surgery involves using a screw to fix the graft into the lower leg or tibia. These screws can be metal (which we never use) or bioabsorbable (we are using latest technology of them). Bio screws dissolve with the bone with time.
Fibertape surgery is regularly done by us and involves use of fibertape to make graft stronger and better. Latest fibertape technology has eliminated infection and stiffness problems associated with the older fibertape surgery.
